ALMOST three months after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy asked Switzerland to do so, the Swiss government Thursday announced it proposes to host a conference, at the level of heads of state, that "aims to provide a platform for a high-level dialogue on ways to reach a comprehensive, just and lasting peace for Ukraine based on international law and the UN Charter". The proposed dates are June 15 and 16 at the Bà¼rgenstock hotel above Lake Lucerne in central Switzerland.
