A former senior exec from Chinese tech giant Baidu and its fintech subsidiary Du Xiaoman has obtained approval to serve as the secretary of the board of directors for commercial lender China Everbright Bank. On 27 May the board of China Everbright Bank gave its approval to the appointment of Zhang Xuyang (张旭阳) to the position of board secretary effective from that date. Zhang replaces outgoing board secretary and deputy president Zhao Ling (赵陵).
