TikTok Child Privacy Case Referred by FTC to Justice Department

(Bloomberg) -- The US Federal Trade Commission referred a complaint against ByteDance Inc.’s TikTok to the Justice Department, setting up a potentially consequential government probe into the company’s handling of user data.
