European Parliament says EU needs to get tougher on Russia sanctions The European Parliament said it is concerned Moscow is too easily bypassing European sanctions as it called for tougher enforcement of restrictive measures. In a resolution adopted today, the parliament voiced its "alarm" over "loopholes" in the EU sanctions regime against Moscow.
