Tánaiste asks China to use influence on Russia to end Ukraine invasion

TÁNAISTE AND FOREIGN Affairs Minister Micheál Martin has asked China to “use its influence” to bring an end to the invasion of Ukraine. In a meeting with Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing today, Martin also doubled down on comments he made in a highly critical speech earlier this year on China.
