As India and Chile work towards building a fresh framework for a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) or Free Trade Agreement, there will be inclusion of both goods as well as services and a focus on issues like energy, facilitation of commerce, technology, innovation and environment, Claudia Sanhueza, Under-Secretary for International Economic Relations for Chile said.
