Asian Games, Cricket: Despite lack of game time, Indian women start as favourites to win gold

Cricket is all set to mark its return to the Asian Games fold after a nine-year hiatus. The sport was not a part of the continental event’s last edition at Jakarta in 2018 after being played for consecutive editions in 2010 Guangzhou and 2014 Incheon. This time, the event will be held in the Twenty20 format for both men’s and women’s events.
