Government admits areas it can 'do better' on China policy - but defends itself after scathing report A short while ago, the government published its response to parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee's report that said there is "no strategy" to tackle the threat from China. The July report said this lack of strategy has left the UK "severely handicapped" due to its "short-termist approach".
