ASX to rise as RBA decision, Lowe’s farewell top this week’s agenda

On Wall Street, the Dow Jones and S & P 500 each edged higher to end their week, while the Nasdaq dipped, in large part because of a slump in Tesla as investors reponded to the EV maker’s decision to cut prices again on key models sold in the US.
