PH sends note verbale to China amid water cannon incident

THE National Government will send a note verbale to Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian in relation to the recent incident in the West Philippine Sea where the China Coast Guard (CCG) used water cannon to drive away Philippine vessels. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo personally brought the note verbale to Huang attached with photos and videos that captured the incident.
