Devon venues with food hygiene ratings of zero or one

According to the Food Standards Agency website, three businesses in Devon have been given zero food hygiene ratings so far this year, and a large number have been awarded just one star which is the second lowest rating. The area of Devon faring the best is the South Hams which currently does not have any ratings below two. Torridge, Exeter and West Devon have no zero ratings.
