Why did Zelenskyy fire senior military commander? Volodymyr Zelenskyy may have fired one of his senior commanders in order to generate some "fresh ideas" a year into the war, military analyst Sean Bell has suggested. The Ukrainian president dismissed Eduard Moskalyov as commander of the joint forces of Ukraine in a one-line decree announced on Sunday, but did not give a reason for the move.
