Phnom Penh | Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has had an informal discussion with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, the first face-to-face chat between Australian and Chinese leaders in three years. The pair were captured on camera chatting before Saturday night's gala dinner for the East Asia/ASEAN summit in Cambodia.
