President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. is off to Cambodia to attend the 40th and 41st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summits and Related Summits. Marcos, along with the members of his official delegation, will leave Manila on Wednesday afternoon for a summit meeting that will be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital, from November 8 to 13.
