That's the message Kelowna RCMP and BCAA will be passing on to motorists Tuesday. Both will be out reminding motorists the rules of the road which state they should s,low down and move over when approaching stopped vehicles displaying flashing lights. These include emergency vehicles and maintenance and utility workers and tow truck operators displaying red, blue and yellow flashing lights.
