(China Daily)One of Chongqing's most popular hotpot chains, Peijie Hotpot, has opened two branches in Beijing in September, bringing authentic Chongqing-style spicy hotpot to the capital.According to Yan Dongsheng, founder of Peijie Hotpot, the restaurant chain aims to spread the unique Chongqing style hotpot to the whole country.
