Taiwan's COVID-19 case numbers on June 4, 2022. Taiwan reported 68,118 new local cases of COVID-19 on Friday. One hundred and fifty-two more people have died. New Taipei has the highest number of new cases, with 9,820 people there testing positive. Another 9,657 have the disease in Kaohsiung, along with 9,511 in Taichung. Another 152 people have died from COVID-19. They were 87 men and 65 women ranging in age from under five to above 90 years. They were severe cases. . Taiwan also recorded 33 imported cases of COVID-19 on Friday.
