China, which has seen an increase in COVID-19 cases, reported 401 confirmed local COVID-19 cases on Sunday, 322 of which were in Shanghai, according to the National Health Commission. Apart from Shanghai, new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases were reported in six other provincial-level locations on the Chinese mainland, including 33 in Beijing and 28 in Guangdong.
