Chenghe Acquisition Co , a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that focuses on fintech companies in Asia, has raised $100 million in its initial public offering (IPO) in the US, according to a regulatory filing. The company, led chairman Richard Qi Li, the former COO and CIO of China Great Wall AMC International, offered 10 million units at $10 apiece, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one-half of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50.
