China on Monday shut down the Disneyland amusement park in Shanghai as the city registered a record surge in coronavirus cases, reported Reuters. Shanghai recorded 24 symptomatic new locally-transmitted Covid-19 cases and 734 asymptomatic infections on Sunday, government data showed.
