New Delhi: Around half of the patients who were hospitalised with Covid-19 diagnosis last year still suffer from at least one symptom, even after a year of recovery, a recent study has found. The study published in The Lancet was conducted on 1,276 patients in Wuhan, China, where the first Covid case was recorded. In around 35.7% of the patients whose illness was most severe, symptoms like shortness of breath and lung damages persisted, the study says.
