Wisdom International Patent & Law Office Taiwan May 10 2021 The Taiwan Intellectual Property Court (TIPO) has recently announced a draft amendment to the Patent Examination Guidelines for Computer Software-Related Inventions (“Guidelines”) on May 5th, 2021. The new guidelines that are expected to take effect soon involve significant changes to the eligibility, clarity, novelty and non-obviousness of computer software-related inventions.
