The Shanghai Marathon became an exception in the year when mass events were canceled. Roughly 9,000 runners took part in the Shanghai International Marathon on Sunday, Chinese media said. The mass incident was a rather rare occurrence in the year during which the coronavirus has postponed much of the similar events to the same future. Before the race, the race organizers praised the marathon as an opportunity to show how China is already leaving behind a rapid momentum of the international health crisis. However, some runners still remembered the threat of the virus and ran face masks on their faces....
