The Singapore-Hong Kong air travel bubble (ATB) has been deferred for two weeks, following a spike in the number of COVID-19 infections in Hong Kong, said Transport Minister Ong Ye Kung on Saturday (21 Nov). Just earlier this morning, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) announced that the travel arrangement between both cities will proceed as planned on Sunday (22 Nov), with condition that travellers from Hong Kong must take a COVID-19 test upon arriving in Singapore.
