Sam Altman-backed Meanwhile raises $37.5M for Bitcoin insurance

Sam Altman-backed Bitcoin life insurer Meanwhile has secured $37.5 million in fresh funding led by Bain Capital Crypto, bringing its total capital raised above $180 million as the company expands its insurance business across international markets. Meanwhile announced the investment on October 8, confirming participation from Haun Ventures, Framework Ventures, Pantera Capital, Apollo, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures and Morgan Creek Digital.
