Chinese goods transshipment haunts Trump-Xi meeting: nine Latin American countries flagged

This Thursday 24 September, Xi Jinping will meet Donald Trump again, this time at the White House, four months after the two last saw each other in Beijing. The meeting comes with a backdrop that weighs particularly heavily on Latin America.
