A Bomber Task Force (BTF) is a deployment of United States Air Force (USAF) bomber aircraft and supporting personnel that allows the Department of War to demonstrate its ability to command and control bomber forces anywhere in the world, on short notice if required. The first BTF mission took place in 2018 and was undertaken by the 23rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron.
