At least nine people have been reportedly killed, and some 400 tourists are missing as Nepal’s Rasuwa district, near the Tibet border, witnessed a flash flood on Wednesday. The tsunami-like raging wall of water swept away several villages and bridges on its devastating path, leaving no hope for survivors. Originating from the Tibetan side, the flood hit the Bhote Koshi River around 9am local time, affecting the Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading districts.
