Column: Virginia farmers finally win the right to repair

This year is shaping up to be Virginia’s second driest year on record and farmers are feeling the heat. Crops are wilting, irrigation is difficult and working outside can take a toll. Thankfully, they just scored a rare win at the federal level thanks to a “Freedom to Fix” deal announced by the Trump administration.
