Wu Shaoping — the Chinese dissident who fled to America but was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after a central Pennsylvania traffic stop — was freed from ICE’s Moshannon Valley Processing Center Friday night, not long after my column dropped and a couple of members of Congress pressed for his release.
