The Nvidia chip at the centre of America’s export fight with China has a new home: a classroom in Monterey. The Naval Postgraduate School has stood up a DGX GB300 AI supercomputer, the first in the US military, Nextgov reported. The machine runs on Nvidia’s Blackwell Ultra generation, the same line the US forbids selling to Chinese firms. This one Nvidia gave away, donating it to the school’s foundation.
