Shanghai-based quantum software startup PhanCode Transition Co., Ltd. has completed a seed funding round yielding tens of millions of yuan to accelerate the integration of quantum computing and artificial intelligence. The financing round was led by L2F LightSource Founder’s Fund, with participation from Yunqi Partners and Xiaomiao Langcheng. LightSource Capital, which served as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, also acted as the incubator for the early-stage venture.
