Taiwan detects Chinese naval vessel and four official ships near its waters

Photo credit : ANI Taiwan’s ministry of national defence (MND) on Saturday said it detected one People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) vessel and four Chinese official ships operating around the island. The MND said Taiwan’s armed forces monitored the activity using intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) assets and responded accordingly. No Chinese military aircraft were reported in the latest update. The latest deployment is part of China’s regular military and maritime activity around Taiwan.
