Municipal authorities and commercial aerospace firms in the Sichuan province city of Chengdu have launched a coordinated workforce development program to systematically train personnel across the entire low-altitude aviation supply chain, addressing skilled labor shortages as China accelerates its deployment of unmanned aerial systems.
