Industry Minister Mélanie Joly is set to meet with leading Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers in Shanghai this week to attract investment to Canada’s auto sector. The four companies in focus are BYD, Chery, Geely, and Shanghai Launch Automotive Technology, all considering investments in Canada.
