PETALING JAYA: VTAR Institute and the Indonesian Employers Association (Apindo) have signed a memorandum of understanding to boost skills training and build a more industry-ready workforce. VTAR Institute, an educational institution founded by MCA, signed the MOU with Apindo in Jakarta on April 24. This was done during the Malaysia-Indonesia Trade and Political Networking Programme, jointly organised by the MCA economic and SMEs affairs committee together with MCA Selangor liaison committee in Jakarta.
