The Korea Trade Commission (KTC) under South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) has recommended the imposition of provisional antidumping (AD) duties on imports of zinc-coated cold rolled steel products from China, following a preliminary determination of injury to the domestic industry. The commission concluded that dumped imports had caused material injury and proposed provisional antidumping duties are at 22.34 percent for Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union and affiliates, 26.28 percent for Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel and affiliates, 33.67 percent for Winstone Development Ltd, and 25.75 percent for other Chinese suppliers.
