Beijing [China], April 5 (ANI): Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Sunday called for an “immediate ceasefire” of hostilities in West Asia during a telephonic conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, amid rising regional tensions, Xinhua reported.
