It’s time to build our city a new stadium and do it properly

I agree with The Canberra Times on this issue. There should be a stadium with an enclosed roof, which would make it suitable for concerts as well as sport. Preferably near Civic, so there’s public transport, cafes, restaurants, etc nearby. With steeply inclined grandstands, like they have in Europe, which provide better views of the action.
