Spanish firm sails ahead with €545 million

Boluda Towage, the towage and salvage division of Spain's Boluda Corporacià³n Marà­tima, has completed a major acquisition that further strengthens its position as a global leader in the maritime sector. The company has purchased the towage and maritime salvage division of Dutch firm Royal Boskalis in Australia and Papua New Guinea. The transaction is valued at $640 million (€545 million).
