Nets have assumed key role in trying to rebuild NBA’s China ties

The NBA's ties to China, its biggest international market, have been strained in recent years, by factors including President Donald Trump's trade wars and NBA executive Daryl Morey's tweets. But that relationship is finally starting to thaw. And not shockingly, the Nets are right in the middle of rebuilding those burned billion-dollar bridges. Brooklyn's preseason games against the Suns in Macao next month mark the NBA's return to China for the first time since 2019, when the Nets played the Lakers there.
