The Issue: President Trump's military aid for Ukraine and 50-day peace deadline for Vladimir Putin. Increasing weapons to Ukraine is not enough to stop Russia's Vladimir Putin ("Demon Vlad's defiance," July 16). Severe sanctions have to be imposed on the Russian economy to disable Putin's ability to continue the war.
