Delhi: Over 1,200 rolls of Chinese manjha seized, 3 arrested

Ahead of Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan, the Delhi Police has seized over 1,200 rolls of banned Chinese manjha in the past week and has arrested three men from different places in Delhi. The raids were part of an operation to curb the sale of the illegal thread, police said on Sunday. Chinese manjha uses nylon threads which are sometimes coated with powdered glass.
