Wall Street rises as focus turns from Trump-Musk feud to the May jobs data

Wall Street is pointed toward small gains early Friday ahead of the government's May jobs report, which should at least briefly take the spotlight off the feud between President Donald Trump and Elon Musk that erupted publicly this week. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average moved 0.3 per cent higher before the bell, while futures for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq each rose 0.4 per cent.
