Canada should learn from Australia's pragmatic approach to trading with China

When Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech to Australia's parliament back in 2014, his oration created confusion in Canberra. Mr. Xi was sharing his vision of "the Chinese dream" after the two countries agreed to the terms of a free-trade agreement. He outlined two goals.
