India & Taliban-led Afghan govt hold talks in Kabul amid rising regional tensions post-Pahalgam

Tensions have spiraled between New Delhi and Islamabad after the 22 April Pahalgam terrorist attack in which 25 tourists and one local were killed. India has blamed Pakistan for the attack and announced a raft of punitive diplomatic measures including putting the Indus Waters Treaty in abeyance and cancellation of visas.
