Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused US envoy Steve Witkoff of “spreading Russian narratives” about the Ukraine war – as he said a much-anticipated minerals deal was moving closer. His comments came as Mr Witkoff was in Paris for talks with Ukrainian and European officials.
