Foreign Minister Penny Wong has accused Peter Dutton of fabricating a statement form the Indonesian President after reports of a Russian attempt to base long-range military aircraft in the country were deemed false. Wong confirmed Indonesia was not contemplating allowing any Russian base operating out of their country before slamming the Coalition by calling Dutton's statement reckless.
