Proposals to make Ireland more competitive amid disruption to economic norms are to be brought before Irish ministers on Tuesday morning. Ireland's deputy premier Simon Harris, who is also the trade and foreign affairs minister, is to update colleagues on plans to make Ireland more competitive.
