Day 13 of campaign underway

The federal election campaign has hit the one-third mark, and the three main party leaders started Day 13 in Quebec, where they unveiled more promises to voters. In Montreal, Liberal Leader Mark Carney pledged to bolster CBC/Radio-Canada's funding.
